We got our room a bit earlier with no charge (probably not expected, but it was a nice bonus nonetheless!), and the check-in was smooth and quick. The location is excellent, 15 min to the boat, 10 min to the train station, and 5 minutes to the Christmas market and city centre. We could leave our luggage at the check-out too. The rooms were in excellent condition, everything new, pleasant smell, quiet, comfy large beds, and super clean (nothing under the bed too!). Everything was as in the pictures, no surprises! Great stay! And the corridors were quiet. The room had a nice TV with a dolby-digital system and a few card games, plus a safety deposit box free of charge. The shower was warm, soap was also decent. Oh and room temperature regulation was excellent!

Enjoyed the restaurant/bar after our day/evening out. Breakfast had a good spread, felt coffee could be done differently, all hot foods overcooked (we ate during the last half hour, may have been better earlier). Also need better orange juice. Shower was excellent, great bathroom. The staff are incredibly friendly. The night bartender was excellent! Parking garage very close and not expensive.

My room was large and very nicely and comfortably furnished, and everything looked brand new. I loved the decorative wallpapers in the room and the (also very modern) bathroom. The icing on the cake was the high-quality soundbar, so that I could listen to music (streamed from my phone) at a much higher quality than in other hotels. The breakfast was excellent and very good value.

We really liked breakfasts, the mattresses were very comfortable, it is not something obvious in hotels as they are usually too soft. Location is great! Near to seaport and promenade, very close to shopping centers and nice restaurants. Great idea is also free drink if you dont want the room cleaning- tea is fabulous 😊 Thank you for the awesome stay!
